Terms of Service

1. Who we are

AKaro Studios ("we", "us", "our") is a studio offering Email Marketing, Website Creation and Google Business Profile Optimization services. These terms apply whenever you book a package, request a quote, or make a payment through akarostudios.com.

2. Placing an order

When you choose a package and complete the questionnaire on our Get Started page, you're submitting an order for that service. Full payment is collected upfront through Stripe at checkout, in euro (€), before work begins unless we've agreed otherwise with you directly in writing.

3. What's included

Each package page lists what's included at that price. Anything not listed (extra pages, additional revision rounds beyond what's stated, ongoing maintenance after handover, paid ad spend, third-party subscription costs such as domains or email tools) is out of scope and quoted separately.

4. Timelines

We aim to make contact within one business day of payment and will give you a realistic delivery timeline at kickoff. Timelines depend on you supplying the content, access, and feedback we ask for promptly — delays on your side push back the delivery date.

5. Revisions

Packages include a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed at kickoff. Requests that go beyond the original brief (new pages, a different design direction, additional features) are treated as new work and quoted separately.

6. Ownership

Once a project is paid in full and delivered, ownership of the final website, emails, or assets we built specifically for you transfers to you. We retain the right to display the finished work in our own portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to. Any third-party tools, stock assets, fonts, or code libraries we use remain subject to their own licences.

7. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the content, logos, and information you provide, for having the rights to use anything you send us, and for any accounts or access (domain, hosting, Google Business Profile, Mailchimp) you grant us for the project.

9. Limitation of liability

We work carefully and professionally, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (sales, rankings, open rates) since these depend on factors outside our control. Our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
