1. What we collect

When you use our contact form, Get Started questionnaire, or checkout, we collect the information you enter directly: your name, email, phone number, business details, and project notes. When you pay, Stripe collects and processes your payment details on our behalf — we never see or store your full card number.

2. How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver the service you've booked, process payment, and send updates about your project. We don't sell your data, and we don't add you to any marketing list without your separate, clear consent.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with the tools that help us run the studio and deliver your project: Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (website hosting), and, where relevant to your own project, Mailchimp (email list and automation setup on your behalf). Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use this site and improve it. Analytics data is aggregated and isn't used to identify you personally.

5. How long we keep it

We keep project and payment records for as long as needed to meet our legal and tax obligations, and enquiry details for a reasonable period in case you get back in touch. You can ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. To do so, contact us using the details below.
